Mr. Beams quality counsel has earned the trust of government agencies, individuals, corporations and the public sector, witnessed by his twice obtained U.S. Defense Department Security Clearance to prepare and prosecute IP cases for the U.S. Armed Forces. Clients have included the U.S. Army and industry giants such as Best Foods, Glaxo Smith Kline, Congoleum and Hercules Incorporated.
Particular areas of experience for Mr. Beam are in chemical and mechanical technologies including tribology (high-temperature, high-pressure lubrication), explosive and propellant chemistries and systems, steam actuated valves, evaporative cooling valves and systems, ergonomics, polypropylene and polystyrene films and processes, contact lens molding processes, alkaline metal-stripping chemistries, radiation shielding devices, and alkaline (non-cyanidic) electroplating chemistries. Software, electronics, biotechnology and various packaging and processing technologies are other areas of expertise.
A member of MENSA, Robert Beam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering Sciences from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, PA.
